Thank you for your interest in instantLIGA – we hope you will find it simple and easy to plan and follow a tournament. No matter what you want to do please read our terms of service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the instantLIGA app or the services on the website you automatically agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the instantLIGA services. we recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

Introduction

1. By using the instantLIGA app or website services at instantLIGA.com or any affiliated domains including instantLIGA.dk (Services) provided by instantLIGA ApS, Egaa, Denmark, CVR 40842624 (instantLIGA, we, our), you agree to the following conditions and Terms of Service.

3. You agree that instantLIGA owns all legal rights in the app, website and services. You must not delete, modify or hide any legal notices. You are not entitled to use instantLIGA’s name or logo, or other distinctive brand features.
4. Violation of any of the terms can result in the termination of your user-account or access to the services. Violation of any of the terms will also terminate your usage rights of the services.
5. These Terms of Service constitute the agreement between you and instantLIGA. There are no verbal subsidiary agreements.
6. A lack of instantLIGA to enforce any rights or provisions of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of the rights or provisions.
7. These Terms of Service and your relationship with instantLIGA are governed by the laws of Denmark. You and instantLIGA agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located Denmark to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms of Service.

Provision of the Services

1. The Services are provided on an as-is and when-available basis. Your use of the services is at your own risk.
2. instantLIGA does not warrant that a) the services will meet your requirements or expectations, b) the services will be delivered error-free, timely, or secure, c) the data that may be obtained from the use of the services will be accurate, d) any errors in the services will be fixed.
3. You understand and agree that instantLIGA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of business reputation, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss, resulting from: a) the use or the inability to use the services; b) any changes made to the services, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the services; c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; e) the deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store, any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through the use of the services; f) or any other matter relating to the services.
4. instantLIGA may permanently or temporarily stop, remove, modify, or add services or parts within the services at our sole discretion. All added or changed Services or parts within the services are subject to the Terms of Service. If you use the services after any such changes you consent to the additions and changes.

Use

1. You agree to use the services only for purposes that are permitted by the Terms of Service and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines.
2. Parts of the services require that you to register yourself by supplying an email address. You must ensure that the information you provide is valid. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your user-account and PIN codes. You agree that you will not impersonate another person and that the supplied email address is yours.
3. Automated methods for registration are not allowed.
4. For certain services you are supplied with a unique URL. instantLIGA can rename, delete or block the dedicated URL without notice and without supplying any reason.
5. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services or the servers, web site, or APIs which are connected to the services.
6. You agree to our privacy policy, as available at http://instantLIGA.com/privacy-policy.
7. We reserve the right to scan, review, block, change, or delete any content from our services at instantLIGA’s sole discretion.
8. You understand that by using the services you may be exposed to content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, you use the services at your own risk.

Advertisements

1. Some of the Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions.
2. You agree that instantLIGA may place such advertising on the website or in the app.

Premium Services and Prices

1. You accept that instantLIGA can introduce and charge a fee for parts of the existing, new, or changed services (Premium Services). This can be done without any prior notification or warning. Fees will not affect running services (e.g. running tournaments) but will take effect for any subsequent premium services.
2. Prices of all premium services are subject to change. If they change, the changes do not affect running services but will take effect only for any subsequent premium service you choose to purchase.
